Applications are invited for Stipendiary Trainees (Category I & II) for training in Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore.

I-2		Mechanical	Diploma / Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering (3 years after SSC or 02 years after HSC) with minimum 60% marks	05
I-3		Electronics/ Instrumentation	Diploma / Licentiate in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering (3 years after SSC or 02 years after HSC) with minimum 60% marks.	04
I-4		Electrical	Minimum 60% marks in Diploma / Licentiate in  Electrical Engineering (3 years after SSC or 02 years after HSC)
II-1	Category II	Electronics/ Instrumentation	Minimum 60% marks in SSC or HSC with Science & Maths PLUS ITI/NCVT certificate in Instrumentation/Electronics/ Fitter/ Electrical. The ITI/NCVT qualification should be either of the following two.1. ITI/NCVT put together of not less than 2 years OR 2. ITI of one year duration Plus one year relevant experience after completion of the course.	05

Note :For category I.1. Those candidates who have passed M.Sc./Degree in Engineering/ AMIE/equivalent or are appearing for M.Sc./Engineering/ AMIE/equivalent (final year) will not be considered and hence need not apply. 2. Diploma should be from Government recognized institution. 

Note :For category II.1. Those candidates who have passed B.Sc./ Diploma in Engineering/AMIE/Degree in Engineering/equivalent or are appearing for B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering / AMIE/Degree in Engineering/equivalent (final year) will not be considered and hence need not apply. 2. ITI certificate should be from Government recognized institution

Age Limit :1. 19 years (minimum) and 24 years (maximum) for Category I and 18 years (minimum) and 22 years (maximum) for Category II as on 10.08.2012.

Stipend during Training :For Category I: Rs.9,300/- per month for 1st year Stipend for the 2nd year will be declared in due course of time .For Category II: Rs.6,200/- per month for 1st year Rs.7,200-/ per month for 2nd year

Selection Procedure: Written examination


Execution of Bond:Selected candidates will have to execute a bond to complete the training and serve RRCAT,Indore or any of the Constituent Units of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), if offered appointment after the training, for a period of 4 years after such appointment. A trainee who fails to complete the training or serve the Government for 4 years, if offered appointment, will be liable to pay to the Government a sum equivalent to entire aggregate amount of stipend received by him/her during the period of training along with interest thereon as per Government Rules
