Maharashtra Public Service Commission conducts Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Preliminary Examination - 2012
Age: As on 1st November, 2012 not less than 21 and not more than 25 years.
Stages of Examination : This Examination will be held in following three stages:(1) Preliminary Examination (2) Main Examination (3) Viva-Voce
Fees: Open- Rs.260/- 12.2 Backward Classes- Rs.135/-The payment through challan in SBI should be made on or before 16th August, 2012 in working hours of the Bank
Pay Scale: - Rs 27700 – 44770
Knowledge of Marathi: Candidate must have sufficient knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Marathi and to translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice versa. Such knowledge must be certified (1) In case of an Advocate, by the Principal District Judge of the District where he practices;(2) In case of a fresh law graduates, by principal or Head of the College or University Department where the candidate was enrolled for LL.B or LL.M.Degree.(3) In case of members of staff, by the Head of the Department/Office under whom such candidate is working. (4) In special circumstances by re-employed/ retired Civil Judges (Junior Division). (5) The candidates must pass Marathi language test within six months after selection as per Government Rules.

How to apply
Qualified candidates must submit their online application from 25th July, 2012 to 14th August, 2012. Interview will be held on Sunday, 16th September, 2012 at Aurangabad, Mumbai and Nagpur District Centres.
