Application in the prescribed format and submit the duly filled in application affixing a recent passport size photograph, to The Deputy General Manager (HR), Cochin Shipyard Ltd, P O Bag No. 1653, Perumanoor P O, Kochi-682015 so as to reach latest by 31 Aug 2012. The envelope containing the application must be superscribed on top as "Application for selection as Trainees under the Apprentices Act.
