marks and possessing minimum speed 35 words per minutes in English
typewriting or 30 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on computer.Or
Passed +2 level of senior Secondary from CBSE/State Board with
secretarial practices and office management as vocational subjects.
Desirable :(i) Knowledge of computer operations and data entry acquired
either as a subject at +2 level or through 6-months Diploma in
computers from a recognized institution or through Computer Literacy
Certificate at school level. (ii) Experience in
accounts/administrative matters in Govt./Semi, Govt./Autonomous
organization. NOTE: 1. Preference will be given to candidate having
passed +2 from CBSE with secretarial practices and office management as
vocational subjects.2. The appointing authority shall decide each time
depending upon the requirements whether the typing speed should be in
English or in Hindi.

How to apply
Candidate should Apply Online From 18.08.2012 To 16.09.2012.The
candidates should take a printout of the online application, affix a
recent passport size photograph and preserve it with them for their
record. The application printout with photograph affixed will also have
to be submitted during document verification at the time of interview
alongwith the attested copies of certificates in support of Age,
Qualification, Experience, Caste, Caste Validity, Non Creamy Layer, as
applicable. Candidates are required to enter the details of DD No. and
date etc., in the appropriate column provided in the on line application
form.
The Original Demand Draft alongwith the copy of the application
registered online should be sent by ordinary post to the Deputy
Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Sheti
Mahamandal Bhawan, 2nd Floor, B-Wing, 270 Bhamburde Senapati Bapat Road,
Pune-411016.Envelope containing the copy of the online
application and Demand Draft (wherever applicable) must be superscribed
in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________________________
