The Cochin University of Science and Technology invites applications in the prescribed format to fill up the vacant teaching positions in the Department of Applied Chemistry on contract basis as detailed below:

Lecturers	As prescribed by the University Grants Commission – Masters Degree in relevant subject with 55% marks. Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR & similar tests accredited by UGC like SLET/SET	05

Period of Appointment : Initially for 12 months excluding May, June vacation months on contract basis or till regular recruits join duty, whichever is earlier.

Salary : Rs. 22,500/- per month for M.Sc + NET holders  Rs. 23,750/- per month for M.Phil holders & Rs. 25,000/- for Ph.D. holders

Registration fee & Mode of remittance : Rs. 500/- for general category candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST category candidates. Remittance may be made by way of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, CUSAT payable at SBT, CUSAT Branch or by direct remittance at Cash Counter, CUSAT.
