Hindustan Salts Limited (HSL) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective to take over the salt sources managed by the Salt Department, Govt. of India. HSL has three units namely at Kharghoda (Dist. Sundernagar), Gujarat, Mandi in Himachal Pradesh and Ramnagar in Uttaranchal. HSL is a Schedule “C” CPSE in Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals sector under the administrative control of Department of Heavy Industry, M/o Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises

AGE: On the date of occurrence of the vacancy:
(i) Minimum 40 years
(ii) Not more than 56 years for internal candidates and not more than 55 years for others.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized university/institution.
Persons preferably with Technical/MBA qualifications and having experience in management and familiarity with Finance, Marketing / Production will have added advantage. Familiarity with salt industry is desirable.
Provided that Minimum qualification is relaxable in the case of internal candidates and Government officers with relevant and adequate background and experience.
Last date of receipt of applications in PESB is 31 st DECEMBER, 2013. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Incomplete applications are liable to be REJECTED.
