1. Management Trainee (HR) : 08 posts (1 SC, 2 OBC, UR- 5)
Age :
30 years
Training period : One year. During training period a consolidated amount of Rs.16400/- per month will be paid. On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Management may regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- ( E-01).
2. Electrical Supervisor Trainee : 07 posts (1 SC, 1 ST, 1 OBC, 4
OT)
Age : 40 years
Period of training : one year. After successful completion of training period, they will be regularised in the scale of pay of Rs.12200-360-23000/-(NE-09)/ Competency Certificate holder will be taken on regular scale.
Remuneration : Consolidated pay of Rs.12200/-during training period.
3. Jr. Steno : 06 Posts (1 ST(B/L), 1 OBC(B/L), 2 OT, 1 SC, 1 OBC)
Age : 30 years
Pay Scale : Rs.10300-260-18100/- (NE-04)
