Junior Research Fellow – 01

Qualification : Essential: 1. ICAR/ UGC-CSIR Net /SET qualified only 2. M. Sc. (with thesis) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biosciences/Genetics/ Plant Pathology with experience in molecular biology.3. B.Sc. Agriculture or Biology
Desirable: 1. M. Sc. with thesis 2. Experience in molecular biology 3. Working knowledge of computers
Pay Scale : Rs. 16000/- + 30% HRA and Rs. 18000+30 HRA from 3rd year onwards
Age limit : 35 Years

Senior Research Fellow – 01

Qualification : Essential: 1. ICAR/ UGC-CSIR Net qualified or more than 3 years res experience 2. M. Sc in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biosciences/ Genetics/ Plant Pathology with three years experience in molecular biology.

Desirable: 1.M.Sc/M Phil should have been done with thesis.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000/- + 30%HRA
Age limit : 35 Years

Research Associate – 01

Qualification : Essential: M. Sc with more than 4yrs exp or Ph D in Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/Genetics
Desirable: Research experience in Genomics, Molecular biology Gene cloning, transgenic Techniques , and computational analysis.
Pay Scale : Rs.23000/- + 30% HRA for masters degree holder with more than 4 years experience Or Rs. 24000+30% HRA for Ph D degree holder
Age limit : 35 Years

Junior Research Fellow – 02

Qualification : Essential: 1. UGC-CSIR Net qualified only 2. M. Sc. (with thesis) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biosciences/ Genetics/ Plant

Job Details

National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology ,conduct walk-in interview for the post of SRF

Project Title : “Understanding plant nematode interaction: Identification of plant and nematode genes involved in disease development”

Qualification : M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with minimum 60% marks.

Desirable- Two or more years’ experience in the area of Plant Molecular Biology. Experience preferably in gene cloning, nematode handling, qRT-PCR and plant transformation.
