Qualification : The applicant must have (a) Bachelors Degree in any Discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce or Law) from a recognized university or such other qualification as may be decided by Government to be equivalent thereto ; and (b) must have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of justification in main language subjects, or must have passed 7th class (M.E. Standard) or equivalent examination with Odia as subject.
