or M.Sc Degree in the following subjects with 1st Division or 60% marks
or equivalent overall grade point average in Dairy Microbiology/ Food
Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ General
Microbiology/Life Sciences or allied disciples with two year research
experience as evidenced from fellowship/associate ship/training ship/or
published papers in standard journals.Desirable: (i) Preference will be given to candidates have experience in the field of biosensor, analyzing milk & milk products and food samples for microbiological quality parameters preferably familiar with food analysis for drugs, aflatoxins and hygiene indicator organisms etc.(ii) Good knowledge of statistics/ software optimization, proficiency in computer application particularly in use of MS office |
