Pay Scale: Rs. 24000/-+ HRA (Rs. 23000/- + HRA
Age limit : 40 years
Eligibility Conditions: Qualification for 1st post
a) Essential : Ph.D. in Microbiology/ Botany/Food Science and Technology
and relevant subjects Or M. Tech./M. Sc. in any subject mentioned above
with 60% marks or 1st division or equivalent OGPA with two years
experience in research/teaching/food industries Qualification for 2nd
Ph.D. in Post–Harvest Engineering & Technology / Agricultural
Process Engineering / Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Dairy & Food
Engineering / Food Processing/Technology and relevant subjects post Or
M.Tech./M.Sc.
in any subject mentioned above with 60% marks or 1st division or
equivalent OGPA with two years experience in research/teaching/food
industries b) Desirable for both posts Knowledge of Optical Chemistry,
spectrometry and detection of adulterants in food. Exposure to
ultivariate statistical analysis software packages for chemometrics.
