University of Kerala is conducting a walk-in-interview for the post of Lecturer in Computational Linguistics in the Department of  Linguistics

Qualification :i)A minimum of 55% of marks in MSc Computer Science or MCA or M.Tech in Engineering or MA in Linguistics and Ph.D/M.Phil in Computational Linguistics/Net desirable. The candidates must have undergone an AICTE approved programme for the above qualifying degree. Such candidates are exempted from passing UGC-NET. A relaxation of 5% marks at Masters level is allowed to SC/ST candidates. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than Kerala University should produce eligibility certificate obtained from this University at the time of interview. Those who are eligible for communal reservation should produce necessary documents.

Age : Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2012

Pay Scale: R.15000 per month, for Lecturer without Ph.D/M.Tech/NET(R.17,000/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand only) per month for Lecturer with Ph.D/M.Tech/NET or having 5 years or more experience in teaching in a recognized institution with minimum of qualification prescribed for the post).
