Project on: “A Novel Metal-Insulator-Metal (MIM) device for detection of early spoilage of Potato during Storage”

Minimum Qualification: M. E./M.Tech Degree (Final semester M.E/M.Tech students, who have already submitted their thesis, are also eligible) with specialization in Electronic Devices/VLSI/Nanoscience and Technology or equivalent.

Desirable: 1) Experience in the field of microelectronics/ device fabrications/sensors 2) NET/GATE Qualified. 

No of Fellowship: One

Pay Scale : Rs. 12,000
