Project entitled :"Studies on the preservation of vegetable juices & Non-acidic fruit juices by Microwave heating and development of prototype model of continuous microwave pasteurization/sterilization system" (GAP-0391), tenable at CFTRI Resource Centre, Hyderabad.


Essential Qualification: First Class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Food Engineering/Food Science/Food Processing/Food Science & Technology/Biotechnology with good academic records and should have been qualified for lecturership in National Eligibility Test conducted by CSIR-UGC or GATE qualified.

Pay Scale : Rs.12000

Age :28 years of age as on 13-07-2012
