Periyar University, invites applications for the post of JRF
Project Title : Bio-prospecting of hydrocarbon contaminated soil and using Agro waste(s) for enhanced production of Polyhydroxy Alkanoates (PHA).
Qualification : M.Sc.,
/ M.Phil in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Life Sciences or Equivalent
with first class. The candidate should have working knowledge in
Microbial and Molecular Biology Techniques, which shall be evident ONLY
through dissertation work/ research publication. The incumbent will also
be essentially required to travel different locations of Tamil Nadu for
collecting samples periodically.

Emoluments : Rs.12, 000/- per month for the 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 14,000/-p.m from 3rd year onwards
